Chunlai automatic bucket denester can handle buckets with or without handle. Suitable to feed buckets automatically on conveyor belts or packaging lines. Denesters available in 1, 2, 4, and 6 station formats with different speed supplying. The sizes vary from 0.5 to 30 liters, no matter round, oval, rectangular or square.
The bucket in and out feed conveyors are driven by electric motors
Bucket separation is done by cylinder and sucker for maximum precision and speed
The machine is PLC controlled and equipped with button control or a touch screen for operation and for displaying error messages
