Our ZX series inline bottle filling lines provide solutions for small and
medium production capacity. It is for filling different viscosity paste or liquid
products.
Our inline bottle fillers are widely used in daily chemical,food,beverage
pharmaceutical,oil and other industries like
Food &Beverage: milk and yogurt drinks,protein shakes,fruitjuice,aloe
vera juice, coconut water,tea,coffee, sesame sauce,ketchup,chili sauce
peanut butter, salad, hummus, and more.
Daily chemical: dish washing detergent,shampoo,lotion,toilet detergent,
laundry detergent, disinfectant, hair gel...
The filler frame is made of stainless steel;
The filling head has anti-drip design;
Touch screen to adjust filling volume;
Mitsubishi PLC control
The contact part with the material is made of 304 or 316 stainless stee
material
Can be applied to bottles of different shapes and sizes,different bottle
material (PET,HDPE,PP or PS),
Bottle closure system(lid,snap-on or screw cap)
