BG-3 Automatic Inline Type MAP Food Tray Sealer is with modified atmosphere
packaging capability. Ideal for medium-sized commercial production; it is constructed of
stainless steel and anodized aluminum. The wide sealing area accommodates three
rows of trays that are advanced by motor and gear box into the sealing mold, sealed
and then automatically discharged. The machine seals up to 13-16 cycles per minute or
6 M.A.P. cycles per minute.
Each machine is designed individually to the customer's special demand as regards the
product and tray.
The machine is easy to integrate in a packaging line,made up with tray automatic
loader, product dispenser, sealing, vacuum, gas, discharge, etc.
It’s suitable for packing sausage,poultry,Fresh meat seafood, pickled vegetables.
cheese, agricultural products, herbs, bean paste and prepared foods….etc

B-Type: Touch Screen
Variable speed adiustment via speed controller arrange with inverter
Additional emergency stop switch for safety protection
