KIS-900 Rotary type Honey Spoon Filling Sealing Machine designed and produced by Chunlai Packing Machinery.
Honey Spoon Filling Sealing machines has adjustable filling range for different weights. Also filling system can be customized to fill different type of products, for example; chocolate, jam, marmelade, caramel, ketchup, mayonnaise, any type sauces, milk, dairy products, creamy products, coffee, powder products, cosmetic products etc.
Spoon honey filling sealing machines are different capacities depends on requirement. Min 800 spoons per/hour, max. 4800 spoons per/hour capacitiy.
Machine basic function include spoon dispenser, filling, heat sealing, automatic ejection
Spoons can be dispensed automatically or put automatically
Filling function: the filling system could be designed with diving head
Filling hopper is double jacket with mixing
Aluminum foil lids placed automatically
Sealing function: the sealing temperature can be 0-300 degree adjustment. Independent temperature controller for each sealing head
Automatic ejection system: it ejected out by sucker.
Automation control system: it controlled by Mitsubishi PLC
Pneumatic system: it controlled with AirTac cylinder
Variable speed adjustment via speed controller arrange with inverter
Operation panel: Traditional Switches and Buttons for simple operation
